Comment:	Rev Duncan says that "schools will not be prosecuted for not promoting a homosexual lifestyle." but the SOR makes it clear that church schools will not be excluded and so be forced to compromise their beliefs by being forced to promote a gay lifestyle as equal to marriage within their teaching or they could be sued. Please correct me if I am wrong on this.
