Comment:	The church is not in danger of sounding homophobic, it does sound homophobic and is homophobic by its' actions lobbying against any piece of equality legislation relating to sexual orientation. It also looks incredibly mean spirited considering there is already in place significant legislative protection for religious belief. Is it any wonder that so many people feel alienated by orgnaised religion.
