Comment: As a wheelchair user, I was met with unhelpful, moody people, who constantly pushed into me. We arrived and had to move spaces twice, as we were told to leave a disabled space, despite having a blue badge! I was with another disabled person, who although was not in a wheelchair, could not walk very far, and as we entered the building, there were no signs were to go, and when we asked for help, nobody seemed to know a thing. We eventually made it to the car park, and had to struggle uphill to a disabled viewing platform, which was full of able bodied people, and children who constantly bumped into us, and even went directly in front of us and obscured our view. One person was jumping about on the frame in front of us, and the bouncing was very painful. The music was distorted badly, and the poor delirious boys were suffering terribly, the megaphone mic didn't even work till near the end of the song! The disabled toilets were so far away fromt the concert we had to drive back to them! . The alton towers even was so much better.
