Comment:
Natalie, I loved your grandfather, Jake Hess as did so many, many other people. I was just wondering if anyone wrote a biography about him or maybe even a book telling a little of the history of many of the Southern Gospel singing legends that have passed on. I have always listened to Southern Gospel music but never knew many of the singer's stories. I just watched Bill and Gloria Gaither's "Tribute to Jake Hess" and it is so moving. I am still crying. Jake Hess will continue to touch people's hearts and lives through his music. His music will never end.
