Comment:	without taking the attention off birmingham cu, this is just one case in many. i had a meeting with a member of the SU exec yesterday to organise out reach events in the union, but then got an email ammediately telling us we'd have to cancel everything because we are no longer members of the guild and havent been for many years. i don't think it's all their fault, i know that many in aber cu are of the view that we don't want to be in the guild because it means they take care of our finances and we wouldn't be allowed to only have male presidents.
