Comment:	As I read this article I am aware of the fact that it did not come out of your recent thoughts on this subject, but rather out of a lifestyle that lives what it says. As you say, we all need to take stock of what we do and why we do it, it's often only when something happens to us, good or bad, that we take a look at a possible change in our lives, thanks Bev for the encouragement to be different for the better.
