Comment:	If the Hamas and government in that area honestly cared for their own poor, they would have taken the hundreds of millions of dollars given to them by the Ford foundation and the United Nations over the last decades and have rebuilt their infrastructure and taken care of their poor. Why don't the wealthy muslim nations around the Palestinian people use their billions of dollars of oil money to help rebuild infrastructure and/or feed the poor. Teach your people to recover the land the way the Israelis did over decades after 1948 to make it reproduce. Learn from the Black American George Washington Carver of the late 1800's, early 1900, who taught Ex-slaves how to rejuvenate the soil to make the land fruitful after centuries of cotton farming where the land had become less and less fruitful.
