Comment:	I found the Witness Productions website It's in the USA - Witness Productions Inc. P.O. Box 6434 Hot Springs, AR 71902-6434 (501)623-9781 http://www.witnessproductions.com/ The CD recording they sell is of a version of The Witness that they perform regularly most weekends as a Passion Play, including the Jimmy & Carol Owens music plus a few extra songs written by Judy McEarl. The website has a page where you can listen to samples of these songs which are performed by the local cast. The CD recording for sale at $15 is by them, not by the original 1970s musical cast.
