Comment:	Christian means that one worships one god, and only one god. Paganism is the worship of more than one god. So Catholics count as Christians, because we worship one god. Also, we pray to Mary, Peter, ect. because they can help us. They're role models and examples to us. Mary is the mother of God. We don't worship them, but we adore them. There's a difference. We don't go off and say that they're equal to God, but they can pray to God for us. Oh yeah, and the whole bit about thou shalt not make a graven image of anything under heaven? That's talking about idols. We don't worship a picture or a statue. They're representations, not what we worship. The Spanish Inquisition? Yeah, there have been corrupt members of the Church. I know that, most people know that. But it's like blaming all Muslims for the war in Iraq. The entire Church isn't to blame, only certain members of it, who were in the wrong. I'm pretty sure that we've all been wrong one or two times. I'm pretty sure that you've maybe done something you shouldn't have. You're the only one responsible for your actions, as were those involved in the Inquisition.
