There are a lot of issues to this case, but I think what made me sad was the fact that the note was anonymous and secondly that the person writing the note clearly didn't have any knowledge of what other faiths think. It was another PC attempt without actually talking to the parties involved. I was delighted when the Muslim and Sikh believers stepped forward and supported him. We don't solve problems by hiding things away or renaming things for fear of offence. We celebrate our differences otherwise we end up losing our identity.
