Comment:	The earth is something like 4.5 billion years old and the universe 13.7 billion or more. Those that want to teach otherwise are dead wrong and misrepresent science & the Bible which does not teach a literal 6*24hr days. Also "Young Earth Creationism" is not "ID" (Intelligent Design). Do not confuse those two - Most scientists who support ID fully accept an old earth/universe. Teach ID but not YEC, or at least teach the shortcomings & issues with evolution (there are many - start with Michael Denton's 1986 book: http://amzn.to/nSmuw2 ). While it's true that Jehovah's Witnesses reject blood transfusions (but embrace alternative treatment), they would never force others to do the same. (It's interesting to note that recent scientific studies have found transfusions to be more dangerous than originally thought.) N.
