Comment:	This is quite the high standard gospel album for the early 70's era. The songwriting ,and the vocals of the trio, top gospel songwriter, John Peterson's 3 daughters, Sandi, Candy, and Pammy are such a nice invite for the believer's home. This album was several years old before I had my first listen, one of the first of many top gospel albums I was introduced to: to include Bill Gaither Trio lp "The Very Best of the Very Best". The barely 2 minute "Happy Am I" became a fast fave. The trio's father John is credited for 5 of the compostions for their debut release; 3 are well known church songs: "The Solid Rock", "Take My Life & Let It Be", and the beautiful "Over The Sunset Mountains". John W. Peterson is also credited for compiling early church hymnals "Singing Youth"(Blue cover), that included these 3 favorites (the late 60's) & "Great Hymn's of Faith"(red cover 1961): I have a good conditioned copy of each. Top composer & arranger Don Wyrtzen who has worked with other top 70's gospel artists, to include Christine Wyrtzen, provides all the orchestral arrangements for this wonderful album: Don also wrote 3 of the tunes. One of my all time fave Don Wyrtzen songs is the heart touching "Love Was When": I loved this song from first hearing, what a Heavenly sent song! The side 1 starter song "O Give Me a Soapbox" was also penned by Don Wyrtzen: another top fave! In fact, the 3 tunes by Don were new to the public at the time of the album's release in 1971. Sadly, the trio's father John W. passed on September 20, 2006 at the age of 84: his GOD-sent songs continue to be sung and recorded.
