Comment:	In my opinion this is one of the most relevant and prophetic features I have read from Mal in a long time. Mal, in my opinion, is a 'pioneer of pioneers' and I have the privilege of attending his annual get to gether in Spain every year (when I can make it) We need aspirational leadership to help our people see their calling in terms of the Kingdom, but without a doudt if we have no strategic leadership we will not be salt and light. More power to you Mal, Great article.
