Comment:	This third helping comes simultaneously in year from the debut year's release. "Winds of Change" starts off the 11 songset; 6 minutes of "winds of change come calling, hit us without warning"; much truth contained in this song: Russ Taff also brought us a song with same title the same year. Steven Curtis Chapman who was coming into his own in ccm genre has co-written stand out "Part of You" as well as the poignant closer song "Mercy for the Memories". Steven joins the vocals for "Part Of You". I love the title song "Foundations"; the song was co-written by ccm artist David Martin who also wrote "Tearin' Down the Walls":David offers his acoustic for both #'s. Geoff covers pop icon Glen Burtnick's hit "Follow You"; great rendition of the song. "One Candle is another number co-written by David Martin: flavored with the rock/pop sound that Geoff tends to bring to ccm. God bless, Don
