Comment:	BIRDMAN went to extremes to be rigorously uncinematic. The filmmaker tried to make it appear as though there were almost no edits. The profusion of f-words made no sense. The film was about New York theater professionals but almost everyone talked like uneducated ghetto trash, which, in interviews, is how the writer-director himself routinely talks. Aware that the writer-director was Mexican, the scene where white people were spat on wasn't amusing.
