Comment: This is an amazing example. You got a great crowd and have established a story that bears witness. It is a world that is typically against Christ and even Jesus. Yet, you went in just as Jesus did to those who are neglected, with open arms. I think this is a tough question. I can't imagine how to suggest an answer myself and ask if you can let your readers know: Do you have any vision for encouraging ministry with such disenfranchised groups of people? I know some preachers are taking in the disenfranchised - do we allow sin within the church? Or do we have a transfer to the Spirit when the ways of fleshly enjoyment and exploitation in the world are no longer applicable or practiced due to salvation? Everyone comes to the Lord differently. Some get corrected and some get sanctified early yet most churches offer discipline that puts people out on their own. For example, if I know someone in the sex industry that feels God has rejected her because the church did, where do we send her? How do we talk about it with her? Will she want to know his love? Can a group like yours allow her to sit with it without legalisms? Once again, Kudos to you. Love cross rhythms radio and listening online!
