Wow, then Sonja Moore is a fool considering Dan specifically said nothing to the contrary of her criticism. Dan said, "Ultimately, the reasons for making music and engaging in the arts have nothing to do with winning Dove Awards." What's the problem Sonja? Maybe she should fact check before speaking her mind so ignorantly.

i agree. no one knows the true mission more than jars of clay. they have been on the frontline for years. And there is nothing wrong with wanting artistic music rewarded. they are not asking for thier efforts in the kingdom to be rewarded, just their music, and even then they made it clear that it is not that important.
i do not see anything wrong with what Jars of Clay have said. Rich Mullins believed and said similar things about the Christian music industry.
