Cross Rhythms worked with Babington College between December 2014 and August 2016 to deliver quality Traineeships.
The Traineeships were for those who were 16-24, living in Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-lyme, who weren't in education or employment and who had qualifications lower than a level 3.
On the course, students completed work experience with Cross Rhythms as Broadcast Assistants, Media Admin Assistants, or Receptionist and Media Admin Assistants. They also worked towards English, maths and employability qualifications with Babington College.
Nineteen students successfully completed a Cross Rhythms Traineeship, with many successfully going straight into employment or apprenticeships afterwards.
