Georgia-based US rapper 2.0 (aka Terrell Olagbegi) released his single "822" in December 2019. It has an interesting, moody and sparse arrangement, though in truth I struggled with some of the vernacular. Of course, 2.0 would not appeal to those he is sending his message to if he had perfect pronunciation. While aurally very promising, I had a sense that I was listening to something that needed another week in the studio with a capable technician playing polemist. I can only assume that "822" refers to the so called 'Angel Number' that brings a message about your personal spirituality, inner-strength and pursuing your Divine life purpose. It's all very cryptic.
