Back in 2008 crunk rockers Family Force 5 took a stylistic u-turn to make electronic-based dance music on 'Dance Or Die'. The following year they issued a remix project followed by a Christmas EP while their third album 'III' showed that they were fully au fait with the rhythms of clubland and the sounds of gangsta rap. In the summer of 2013 they brought us this project offering three new songs plus nine remixes - some brand new, some previously heard. "Chainsaw" with the addition of a rap from Tedashii is a great opener while "Get On Outta Here" has a Riley Friesen remix which will get every dubstep aficionado on their feet. Britain's own FF7 swaps verses with Soul Glo Activatur (Solomon to his brothers) on "Next Level" while the rap gem "Cray Button" still sounds great two years after we first heard the song. The jokey "Put Ur Hands Up" closer is a mistake but with so much club music infectiousness elsewhere, most fans will be inclined to forgive them that particular indulgence.

Product Description
Family Force 5 continue to redefine their sound and lead the way with the release of ReAnimated, a 12-track EDM/remix collective that takes from some of the band's hottest hits and puts a new spin on some of their most recent hits.

The release defines the centrepiece of the band's summer touring, playing festivals in front of over 250,000 people and taking their live DJ set on the stage for their fans to see.
