Glenn Millar, could he be the great new talent of contemporary worship music? The whole six-track album is arresting from start to finish. From the rocky openings of "One Way Out" complete with Glenn's Newsboys-style rapping, through the haunting "Help Me?", to the Billy Idol sounding "Keep Running On" of side one, to the more worship orientated "Everlasting Love", "Secret Place" and "Let The Glory" of side two Glenn shows himself to be a great all-round talent, singing both lead and backing vocals, playing acoustic and electric guitar, and writing all the songs himself with help only on "Everlasting Love" by Mark McAllister, who is also producer, arranger and keyboard player. "Let The Glory" has been used during worship time in Glenn's Belfast based church with really positive responses. Glenn says he is already putting the finishing touches on a project he hopes to record in September. Here is definitely a talented young man who clearly loves God and wants to share it through his music. Buy this and encourage him!
