The problem with writing a review on a record that showcases 12 'new' worship songs that was released in time for Spring Harvest is that I am writing about an album that will have been in the shops for months by the time you read this. Was the wait worth it? The production quality is of the standard you would expect, as is the musicianship displayed. The songs cover various themes and have well known worship leaders' contributions on show. Having listened to the album a number of limes. I find none of the tracks weak and the cassette did not get thrown out of the car window. If there is one song I found amusing, it has to be "Let The Heavens Rejoice" with that strange biblical image. "Let the trees of the forest clap their hands". This is a pleasant introduction to 12 songs from the latest Spring Harvest songbook and worth having as a resource in any church worship team's library.
