Some of the material I've seen available for children I consider less than inspiring and often patronising, so to see this video has been a treat. The whole video was scriptually sound, sensitively produced and highly entertaining. The songs are straight scripture, set to catchy little tunes, sung by Steve Green and what looks like hundreds of kids. "This Is How We Know" is quite brilliant and is signed by deaf and hearing children. "Jesus Grew" and "Keep Your Tongue" are also quite 'active'. As the video sleeve quotes, from Psalm 119:9 and 11, "How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word. I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you." I think this is an excellent tool for everyone with children and those involved in teaching Junior Church and Sunday School. Order your copy now!
