Brother Phil, God Almighty is with you. He will never leave you. Your music has touched my life and i have always dreamt of meeting you someday cos I know you are truely godly. God will vindicate and deliver you in Jesus name. As Christians, the enermy of our soul is constantly waging war against us, but we have the victory. I pray for you and stand by you. God bless you greatly. Maxwell.

I was in two services in which Phil lead worship and preached. It is no wonder he is being targeted. I believe he is in tone with the heart of God. After this testing he will come out all the more Christ like. The fire will do that for you.

I've known Phil for 37 years...I've played with him in concerts and on recordings and all I can say that he is a Godly and loving man...and one of the most talented people I've ever worked with...I love him as a person and his family are good people...Many times the lines between a ministry and business get blurred....but.. I believe with all my heart that Phil and Lynn's hearts have pure and giving intentions...I pray that God will bless them through these trying times...they are good people.

can see what Phils is by hearing him in concert and seeing the Holy Spirit using him in his concerts.
It is a sin to convict this man of something that is not of his making. Consider this, Jesus got nail to the cross and was the most perfect, person(God in the Flesh) in the world. God forbid we judge any man with uncomplete facts, more than that God is the only one to judge man. May Gods grace continue to cover you "Phil Driscoll, may the peace that passes all understanding cover you and your families.

There is some much in trials that is not allowed to be ammitted as evidence yet the truth is not always brought forward. Our legal system is tying up the total truth making it impossible for the total truth to be shown. What is truly the motive of our lives.

I attended some of the court proceedings and the prosecutor was deliberately misleading the jury with the questions he asked some of the witnesses. I can't believe he was convicted. I realized that the government can come after you or me just as easily.

Thank you

Phil, I know that you are a person of integrety and conviction. Your music and anointing has touched my life. I am sorry for your trial in all this. Humans do make mistakes, even Christians. Know this, that trials come to change us and make us stronger. What the enemy intended for evil God intends for good. I know that the jailhouse will rock for Jesus while you're in there and when you're out you'll sing of His mercy, goodness and faithfulness. I can hardly wait to hear it brother. Waiting, your friend Gaye

i heard he said a guy who gave him a lot of donations stopped doing so and also got in trouble with the law, which brought on the opportunity for Phil's finances to be called into question.

Husbads in America are deprived of ability to be heads of their families, heads of their wives, and therefore trully be responsible for their families. So, it's possible that he did not explicitly do anything wrong, but may be he was way too "loving" and "soft" to stop/prevent his wife/mother-in-law from doing something wrong.

Is there a way to see the court materials?

I love his music! He was one of the most annointed musicians of our time. May be he still is - I can't say.
he probably drifted away from the Lord - just a bit. Like he said himself www.wordnews.org/fridays_with_phil_driscoll.2006.htm, "from 1982 to 2000 I recorded 34 CDs for Jesus Christ. From 2000 to 2005 … it was like the music stopped. It ‘s not like it was on purpose to turn off the spigot. It was just like the music stopped."
Well, I wish him to stay out of jail. I do hope he really did not do anything wrong.

What about the testimony of his wife's brother?

Does anybody know what sentence he received? October 26 was the date for his sentencing and I haven't been able to find out what happened. If you know then please let me know. Thank you.

Phil's sentencing has been moved to jan 25. The prosecutors are trying to get the maximum sentence. They had decided that he owes about $126,000 in back taxes and shown a pattern of tax evasion. This is nothing more than a sham.
