Watching the meeting last night there seemed more emphasis on salvation. Teams of "harvesters are going out in Lakeland in the afternoons to witness on the streets and knock doors. On the first afternoon of this there were 67 commitments recorded. (I think some may be recommitments). I was interested that one testimony someone prayed for a guy to be healed. He didn't get healed but he felt the prescence of God and got saved! Todd seemed excited at this and went on to say how much more important it was for the guy to be saved than healed.

No grumbling here - just simple concern that a platform gained will be used. I'm glad he has preached the gospel - I've seen five random nights of it and it wasn't in any prominence, sadly.

For the record, I'm quite sure Todd is no more flawed than I am, and I do not doubt he can be powerfully used. Stay faithful to preach that gospel, Todd, it's the power of God to save, whether signs and wonders follow or not.

You certainly DO NOT have to go to Florida to be 'trained up' to be a Harvester - just follow the leading of Jesus and step out, believing that the Holy Spirit is with you - it is not I but Christ in me - I do it all the time and with amazing divine appointments - but you MUST START SOMEWHERE - NOW....
Every Blessing

Tuesday's broadcast on God TV was awesome. It was all about people being trained up as 'harvesters'. Once the people were trained up they were sent out into the shopping malls and also went from house to house to share the gospel and pray for the sick. More than 60 people got saved or re-dedicated their lives to the Lord and numerous people were healed.
Signs and wonders will follow those who believe!

GLORY TO GOD !!! - How awesome He is and how full of grace for a needy, desperate world ... He is again demonstrating the gospel with signs following as He promised that He would in His Word.

I have just returned from Florida having spent a week there and can say that this is an Authenic Soverign move of God ... the gospel is preached (oh yes, every night - just listen for it !!), the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the blind see, the demonised are set free and THE DEAD ARE RAISED.

Please quit grumbling, and give glory to GOD who uses flawed vessels through which to demonstrate His love and grace to a needy world !!

To those who think this isn't real:

Why do you find it easier to be in unbelief and why do you criticize what you have not experienced first hand? And by that I mean - have you been healed. If not, don't comment but pray and rejoice in another's blessings (that's part of our command)

I am always amazed by those who are spectators yet think that entitles them to be a coach.

Your current unbelief may be fair, even Thomas doubted; but at what point will you recognise your God and allow Him to be everything He wants to be in your life?

Do you believe in healing at all? If so, which it's in the Bible so you should - the Word clearly says He is no respector of persons. That means if He (God) does it for one He can and will do it for another BUT He needs you to be an open vessel not a closed mind.

This IS the real deal - why not enjoy it, let the seed be planted and please..... grow some fruit!

Bro totally agree with you. I have been watching Florida outpouring and loving it. I am going to London for buissness and am looking for a church in London where I can visit Sunday, do you know of any revival hubs in London?

Personally, no, I have not been healed, but my caution over this event is nothing to do with healings - it's simply that I haven't heard Todd Bentley preach any gospel, and I'm frustrated that he has such an enormous platform now, and isn't using it to share the gospel.

It's all very well to talk about fire, and have exciting testimonies of healings, but without a clear gospel message, how can this be called a revival? When people tune in to be amazed at spectacular healings, they need to hear about salvation, and I just haven't heard him talk about it.

I normally would be have some doubts of people claiming healings that seem to not be corroborated but at church yesterday where pastor has just came back from Lakeland and several healings happened yesterday that were not of the "unseen" kind i.e. people I know who need hearing aids healed, individuals with cysts gone, cartilage issues fixed. A lot of from people I know personally. It is always the difficulty between accepting what God is doing without the over exaggeration that we sometimes can see. We need to have an open heart to God and bless those who seek to honour his name regardless at times of whether the delivery mechanism is what we are comfortable with.

There has always been disbelief and criticism of 'God moves' with people asking for proof of the healings yet the bible says we should test the spirits and we should see fruit. I have watched the Todd Bentley healing revival almost every night for weeks. The fruit in my life is a hunger for Gods word, a desire to reach out to the poor and a longing to be in Gods presence. If you ask God for a fish will he give you a snake?

Does anyone know if there is any connection with the Sloshfest in Antioch Church, Llanelli, Wales with John Crowther ministering this weekend? I hear that Godfrey Birtill is there too. The Spirit appears to be moving there in similar ways. People are not just drunk in the Spirit as in the days of the Torronto Blessing but appear actually ‘high’ on Jesus. All this sounds really funky. I am thrilled that people are being touched by God but I must also admit to being cautious of some of the hype and flaky things that I can see accompanying this too. It can get a bit whacky you know! I think discernment is the key. Every blessing.

This guys is not right this outpouring is not from God we are being decieved. Heed the warning of Paul in Collossions 2:18 "Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you for the prize. Such a person goes into great detail about what he has seen, and his unspiritual mind puffs him up with idle notions." This guy is not only wrong but unbiblical. Trips to the third heaven, daily, receiving Branhams angels! Please wake up read you Bible. Even the very elect will be deceived in the end times. Don't take my word for it read your Bible! This guys anointing is false and it is spreading around the globe! Be warned!!!!!!!

In reply to Jessica TM,
Deutoronomy 13 is certainly not saying that God's prophets can be wrong - that they can somehow lead people away from God's truth. What it is saying is, watch out for false prophets, who speak from their own heads. True prophets cannot speak in error. This is absolutely the case in the OT. (In the NT is more difficult, but I would still maintain the same). What we as believers have to do is discern whether the so-called prophet is actually a true prophet, or a false prophet.

http://www.newchristian.org.uk/mixtureinthechurch.html The Reality of Mixture in the Church by Peter Horrobin, president of Ellel Ministries (USA) and International Director of Ellel Ministries. In it, he warns it why it is vital that the Body of Christ practises spiritual discernment. If you want to go beyond the superficial, I would encourage all of you to read this. Here are just a few words quoted:
“In Deuteronomy 13 a prophet may give an accurate word, but he may still be leading people away from the real truth about God. Amazingly, Scripture does not always commend prophetic accuracy! Psychic powers can parade as prophetic words of knowledge – they may even be right, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they are from God. I have seen accurate words being given by a so-called "prophet" while he was inviting donations to his offering. The words were not from God.
Similarly, accurate words of knowledge, about someone’s healing need, can be used to encourage someone to submit to receiving a false anointing. Ezekiel 13 warns that when prophets say "Hear the Word of the Lord", they may be prophesying out of their own imagination. Such words are described as lying divinations. Jeremiah 23:16 even tells the people not to listen to what the prophets are saying! For those prophets were filling the people with false hopes, speaking visions out of their own minds.”
God bless you as you read this prayerfully, and may He the Spirit of Truth guide you into all truth.
Jessica

GOD TV and everyone involved in this amazing revival are like Angels carrying out Gods work. It is Awesome. I was healed from deafness in my right ear and have along with many family and friends been transformed by this wonderful movement of God. I would be very careful before anyone puts down God's work. If you have never been healed or had God heal someone through you, how can you even comment? If you were dying of cancer and the doctors had given up hope, would you not be grateful that God never gives up on us. Thank you Chris Cole for sharing your comments and also thank you to everyone involved in GOD TV. Big Blessings

This man and his teachings is dangerous and false! He is leading nothing other than a deeply dangerous anti Christ occult rising!

Many of us here in Florida agree, Todd Bentley's affirmation of "angelic intercessors" reeks of "Satan appearing as an angel of light". Please beware!!!

God's Peace
