This was released at the same time as the 'Sweet Fellowship' album although it is mediocre in comparison. Duane Adams joins the vocalists on this set where, like 'Sweet Fellowship', the lyrics have an overtly evangelistic bent. There is a freshness in the traditional hymn "He Leadeth Me" on Side A, arranged by K Lancaster, but I'm afraid this album is bound to be something of a disappointment if you hear it after 'Sweet Fellowship.' There is an element of cringe-making naffness that emerges directly children's voices are used as in "Do You Love The Lord" and "Water From The Well", and occasionally when they're not. "Piper Song" is excused from that label, as it explains on the sleeve, it was written to (successfully) fund-raise for a girl needing a liver transplant. It's a shame they didn't write something more in keeping with their obviously abundant talent. "This album is dedicated to everyone who refuses to participate in gossip." It says so on the cover. "Don't Be Talkin' 'Bout Friends" is a musically light track with some strange studio-produced effect that needlessly distort the voices. The sentiment is honourable enough though.
