Steven Sproat collaborates with pianist/arranger Paul Crump for "classical" single
IN AN unexpected new twist in the diverse music career of singer, songwriter, ukulele expert and bestselling author, Steven Sproat, Ice Records have released a single collaboration with pianist Paul Crump. Read a press release, "2016 finds Steven embarking on a change of direction and recording 'classical' arrangements of some of his own songs with the expert help pianist and arranger Paul Crump. The first release to emerge is 'Watersmeet (Classical Piano)', a beautiful, haunting Debussy-style piano piece inspired by the well-known meeting of two rivers near Lynton and also by Steven's personal faith. It is hoped that this beautiful piece will set the theme and direction for forthcoming classical inspired album which Steven is currently planning."
