THEN A GOSPEL SITE COME UP/WITH POST OF TYE LOOKING FOR NEW SINGERS AND NEW DANCERS,

I HAD THOUGHT.."LET ME READ AND SEE", SO THAN IT WAS MENTION THERE IS NO MORE TYE/GA AND I HAD A FEELIN SOMETHING WAS COMPLETELY WRONG,

SO, I (WHO) LOVE RESEARCH HAD DISCOVERED TO GOOGLE TO SEE WHAT HAPPEN W/TYE (GA) AND NOW MY MOUTH IS WIDE OPEN IN SHOCK/DISBELIEF THAT HE WAS HAVING AFFAIR (AND HIS WIFE HAVING AFFAIR),

I AM SOOO SICK TO THOUGH THAT A MAN WHO CD'S I HAVE PURCAHSE ALL HE HAS PUT OUT (WHICH I AM AWARE OF) AND SOMEONE ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT THE LORD,

I AM NOT TRYING TO POINT FINGERS BECAUSE I HAVE MY OWN ISSUES OF GETTING MYSELF RIGHT BUT FOR SOMEONE WHO (LIKE HE IS) IN PUBLIC SPOTLIGHT AND PEOPLE SEE THIS WILL THINK ?,

DOES HE HAVE CHARACTER TO SING/SO EVEN IF TYE IS PUTTING A NEW GROUP TOGETHER (WHICH NOW I DO NOT THINK IS GOOD IDEAL) BUT SHOULD FOCUS ON PERSONAL ISSUES (HIS FAMILY) AND HE NEEDS TO SAY SOLO,

HAVING A NEW BAND W/DANCERS IS NOT THE ANSWER AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINT,

I WILL RESPECT HIM TO FACT HE IS HUMAN AND WE HAVE TO FORGIVE BUT WILL I PURCHASE ANOTHER CD OF HIS ?,

I DO NOT THINK SO,

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
Galatians 6:1

Whether true or not, their names have been put in the atmosphere, and they need the covering of the saints. As someone stated, they have gained the attention of many of our youth, and the devil doesn't like it, but we must stand in the gap for one another.

Instead of postting all these thoughts and personal judgements, I believe we should pray for these brothers. No one is perfect. These are two men who are STILL human, but yet called by God. Let's not beat them up with negative words, but let's pray that God would restore them both and that they would pull it together and get back in place! The gifts and the callings of God are without repentance.....they still are called! So I pray that they would be healed, restored and get back to doing what they were called to do from their mother womb, "Bring Glory to God!"

Yes we all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. What makes Christians different from the world is that Christ lives on the inside of us. Therefore, we should have enough anointing, christ-like, the holy spirit, humility, selfless, indigity and love for God first then ourselves and then our bro and sis in the body to sin. When a person commits adultury it first took place in thieir minds, then their heart and then thier body followed. "If Christ is in our hearts, where was he in our darkest hour. A person would have to totally ignored God in thier heart when he spoke a soft word to them by saying"no, this is not right, RUN". What we do as believer is rely on forgiveness to the point where the act of sin is oka "Once you do it God will forgive you, and everything will be oka" We have to hold ourselves and others in the body accountable for the acts of immorality. See once people commit adultery the first time it is easy for them to do it again. I believe that tye, Da Ttuth, Shante and others have done this in the past and have not yet been delivered from this but have brush it off by going to church and looking, acting and talking holy and we call them a christian. We "the church" must get ourselves together if we want to be ready for the coming of Christ.

Ok, yes, these people were all wrong. They all sinned, but who are WE to judge them? We need to stop focusing on how a person should be punished for their wrongdoings and focus on showing the love of God no matter what and let GOD be the judge. Here's some scriptures to reflect on:

Matthew 7: 1-5
Judge not, that ye be not judged.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam [is] in thine own eye?

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

James 4:11-12
Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of [his] brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

John 13:35
By this shall all [men] know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

I agree with most of what JBells said except his comments about no prayer for them. Prayer should be offered up even for our "enemies" according to scripture.

Sexual Immorality is a sin that causes much damaged and shouldn't be taken lightly as just another sin. Eph. 5:3 says it shouldn't be named among us once if we are saints. Scripture admonishes us of the dangers and the public disgrace that occurs with adultery especially in Proverbs. Sexual sins shouldn't be thought of something that is inevitable. Just because we are tempted, it doesn't mean that we have to give in.

There is a reason why Jesus told the woman caught in adultery to not sin no more in John 8. Forgiveness from God is not the issue (unless this is a pattern than we fall into the Galatians 5 issue of not inheriting the kingdom of God), it is all the other stuff that comes from the moral failure.

This sin has affected many thousands if not millions. If that was thought about beforehand, I don't think any of these events would have happened.

Da Truth was really the only christain rapper I followed. I followed him when he preached and rapped because I felt that he really could relate to what i was going through. I has deeply hurt to find this out, but We all have to understand that DA truth is only human. He made a huge mistake, but if god can forgive him we, we should do the same.

I myself have gone through something like this, and I am a pasotr. There is hope. Through truth, honesty and repentance, God can heal all things. My prayers are with them and their families. Press on in God!!! The best is yet to come. There is hope.

I know exactly what the parties involved are going through. My father was the pastor of a very prominent and growing ministry and he like many other men of God "fell" when he committed adultry. At the time when my family needed support from the body of Christ the most, just about EVERYONE that claimed God called them to be joined/connected to the ministry, left and either started their own church (as if they are perfect and would prove that they could do it better), or gossiped and shamed my father's name even more.

I agree that "church people", specifically within the black community have a tendency to exalt our pastors and spiritual leaders beyond human expectations. So when something like this happens, the reaction is just as drastic as the action. It saddens me that the body of Christ is SO hypocritical when pastors or in this case ministers in music commit sin. I said all this to say he who is without sin, cast the first stone. What skeletons are in your closet that you hope no one finds out about?

Also, don't get mad at the Christian websites that post this information. Why are you reading it if it so wrong?

All you people that are saying 'pray for them' and 'its just a test and he will make it through' and 'all have come short' need a reality check. Dropping your pants for sexual pleasure is not the same as stealing a loaf of bread because you are poor and hungry. And it wasn't a test. That's the trouble with you people, always excusing sexual improprieties, that's why its still rife in the church leaders today. With all this rubbish, that it is the devil that made them do it. And pray for them! For what? They are the ones who have had their 'sweeties' and now I have to let them off the hook and pray for them!! And what are they doing - having a laugh, no doubt. But not at my expense.
